Ikusa Otome Valkyrie For Free

Group EAM ²

The idea of the EAM ² is to create a rectangular court settlement to 8 units . Four homes will be on the ground floor while the other four upstairs communicating via a covered walkway. The inner court instead, which would land even on the stairway to the second floor will be a collection point for all eight families. The unit will cover an area of 60 square so that they can be fully loaded in a container on the size 12x2.50m of each. Each apartment will have a private entrance, a kitchen / dining room, living room, bathroom, double bedroom and a bedroom.
Here we report an overall sketch of the idea is still in infancy.

The entry / living room was designed as an open space and direct communication with the corridor, which distributes the different rooms.

Below we enclose an initial sketch of a perspective view inside.

L 'image above shows the entire plant and property of the individual living unit furnished. These plants do not correspond to the final but still fairly clear action under the provision of units: the individual cells are mirrored to each other than the central axis of the entire composition and includes all the internal courtyard, the true heart of the building and place of cmunicazione and exchange between families.

above shows the volume of the unit and assembly. Lack scales, coverage and service rooms. It is already clear, however, conformed to the court and the interrelationship that will be created.

This represents the completion of the project, and set about finishing (stairs, service rooms on the ground floor, railings for terraces, cover). Let us examine below some significant elements.

This is the room service. We placed two, one for heating and one for electrical systems and wastewater. At the same time perform the support function for the units upstairs. Spaces are adequately ventilated by the ribbon windows and grille strip that runs in the bottom.

Here, we show the self-supporting pre-fabricated stairs and railings with stone trim safety glass. The width of the ramp allows the passage of two people at once while raising low enough (15.5 cm) does not complicate access for the elderly or infants. The two scales were placed on opposite sides of the walkway, slightly offset to facilitate access to them.

cover brick with precast structure is interrupted by two holes that provide light and air to the upper terrace and culminates in a pyramid of glass and steel that provides adequate illumination of the central courtyard. We thought we would give an inclination of 45% coverage for water runoff and possibly snow.

In this image shows a cell type made entirely with green prefab elements. We have instead made the entire assembly furnished and set directly in SketchUp 7 to facilitate the process and ease the file.

Above, we present a final plan furnished unit and its longitudinal section where you can see the interior.

Finally we illustrate a perspective view of the central court. Note the offset of the stairs and the interplay of transparencies created by the glass perimeter railings.
