Do I Have To Wax For Finguring

Group Converse

The idea behind our project would be an answer, at least in part, to whole series of problems that have come to create after the earthquake in the Abruzzi. An answer came in the context of trying that so many people who have lost their homes can also lead a life as close as possible to normal, waiting for the reconstruction itself.
This was therefore to design a series of homes, worthy of the name, in a small space, but conceived as a complex that would meet the need for a simple and fast combined with the ability to reuse or rapid and economical disposal.
The necessity of using a module to the problems above posts, you had to reconcile, necessarily, with the obligation to create an environment that might be as much as possible "next" family and the people who have resided.
So we opted for small buildings, with two different types, which could be built anywhere, unlike a large complex that would, almost certainly, problems in the management of space. The decision to include buildings of different types was motivated by our belief that the variety of buildings, although, as in this case, unfortunately, very limited, contributing to the idea of diverse "urban district". A large mass of buildings all the same, made in this context, aligning everything, would not meet the requirements, primarily emotional, the people who should live.
The shape of our buildings, housing units that work in pairs to try to preserve as much as possible the privacy of each family, has been deliberately kept straightforward and simple, so as not to create problems in obtaining the maximum usability, combined with a high Easy assembly.
The first module, which is related in a front from the main road access to the batch and flow of people, was born from the idea of a volumetric mass in motion is in fact broken up as a cube, with projections and recesses that create a play of solids and voids, which in turn creates a light and shadow. Entering
meet a living area divided between living room, kitchen and bathroom by the stairs leading to first floor where are located the two bedrooms, bathroom and large terrace partly covered by two carved facades of the original cube.

The second module consists of 2 + 2 units, each consisting of two stacked volumes that are broken to create projections and recesses.
Again staggered and opposing volumes should help to create a play of solids and voids, light and shadow, with the aim of giving movement to the urban scene.

Internally there are spaces separated by thin vertical walls, sometimes simply to the task of giving a apparent division between the home, thus exempting them from carrying capabilities, thus obtaining a viable space almost continuously throughout its extension. An extension, however, limited to a comfortable but not excessive, which accentuates the sense of intimacy.
the ground floor we find the space to lounge, kitchen, bathroom and stairwell that leads upstairs where they were made a loft, two bedrooms, bathroom and terrace.
We placed a lot of ml. 121.50 x 77.00 No 2 modules of the first type and No. 3 modules of the second (No. 3 x an array of 4 dwellings), for a total of n. 16 units. A blind street distribution, which departs from the main road, provides access to individual dwellings and parking areas.
Each building has a porch for the exclusive use of residents of individual dwellings.
surrounding green space instead for private use is part and part in common use, a solution designed to create areas where meetings are almost "forced" to maintain a sense of unity among the people living there. A device to recreate the conditions of the "neighborhood".
