Buying An Eagle In Canada

Home-made bread

Good day! How wonderful to feel the aroma of bread that surrounds the whole house to me ..... gives me an indescribable satisfaction ... so here it is ... For a loaf of bread you need:

500 g flour 00
a cube of yeast
4 small potatoes boiled in their skins

a teaspoon of salt a teaspoon of sugar
enough warm water

In a bowl, melt the yeast with a teaspoon of sugar and 50-70 ml of warm water. Add flour to obtain a batter. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise for half an hour.

Peel the potatoes and mash well with a fork.

Sift the flour and stir in a teaspoon of salt.

Make the fountain in the center and put the yeast and mashed potatoes.

Knead well for adding warm water until dough is soft and smooth.

Pour into a bowl, preferably plastic, carried a cross with the knife, cover the bowl with a clean cloth and let rise in a warm place for about 2 hours, or until the cross is no longer visible.

When the mixture is yeast, take it and roll it out with your hands on a work surface.

roll it on itself to give the shape of the loaf.

Flour good. Place on baking tray floured surface and drill cuts with a sharp knife. Let rise in warm place for another hour.

If you hurry you can turn the oven to the lowest temperature for 10 minutes, turn off and put the loaf in the oven for about 10 minutes. Pull it out and turn the oven to 220 degrees. Place the loaf to bake for about 4th-50 minutes, or until it becomes a beautiful golden brown.
And look a little 'how wonderful!
