Popcorn Butter On Pants



Hello to all who pass through here. Today I asked a luscious recipe, zucchini stuffed with meat. For this recipe I used:

3 green zucchini
300 g of minced meat mixed

1 egg 30 g grated parmesan

stale bread soaked in milk salt, pepper chopped parsley

a bottle of tomato sauce
100 ml cream
















Wash zucchini, cut in half, and with the help of a boxcutter small, empty the inside carefully.

















Prepare the stuffing with ground meat, bread soaked in milk and wrung well, an egg, Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, chopped parsley.

















Mix well and carefully fill the zucchini.

















With the remaining meat formed into balls small as walnuts.

















put in a pan to brown the zucchini with a little olive oil for about 5 minutes.

















Then add the tomato puree.

















And then also add the meatballs.

















Cover and cook over low heat for about half an hour, turning ognitanto. When almost cooked, add 100 ml of cream, stir, and cook for 2-3 minutes.
