Garrison I Wood Stove

BEANS STRAWBERRY TIRAMISU

The strawberry tiramisu, a pudding very romantic ....
To do this you need:

500 g strawberries

250 g mascarpone 200 g of whipped cream sweetened already

150 g of sugar 2 tablespoons cream of limoncello
3 egg yolks
half packet of biscuits

















Set aside a dozen of fresh strawberries for decoration.
The other divides them into two parts. A part of the blend with 2 tablespoons of sugar and half a glass of water, to make the sauce as dip the ladyfingers.

















Other strawberries cut into cubes and mix with 2 tablespoons sugar and 2 tablespoons of cream of limoncello. Set aside.

Another layer of ladyfingers and finish with a layer of cream.


For decoration you need: some

whole strawberry with the stem
100 g white chocolate 100 g dark chocolate

















Melt white chocolate in a bain-marie.

















Soak for 3 / 4 strawberries in white chocolate.

















Put them to dry on greaseproof paper.
















When the chocolate has hardened, melt the chocolate, even in a bain-marie.

















Dip the strawberries in dark chocolate, revealing half inch of chocolate bianco.Fate dry on parchment paper.

















When the chocolate has hardened, decorated the cake.
