BASS BUTTERFLIES ZUCCHINI AND SHRIMP WITH TOMATO
A first course very easy to do and very delicate. And always appreciated:
For 4 people you need: 3 zucchini
300 g prawns already
shelled a shallot a little 'white wine salt
extra virgin olive oil 320 g of paste type butterflies
In a large skillet sauté finely chopped shallots with a little 'extra virgin olive oil.
Clean, check and cut the zucchini into thin slices. When the shallots become golden, add the zucchini, and cook for about 10 minutes, turning often, add the salt.
Now add the prawns, and then blended with white wine. Let evaporate.
Cook pasta, drain and add to sauce, mix well.
At the end add a little 'parsley chopped.
