aubergines and courgettes baked
For 2 people you need: 2
bass not too big
2 medium potatoes 2 carrots
a dozen tomatoes
salt olive oil chopped parsley
parchment paper
Clean well, well bass, raised scales well, and branchie.Sbucciate potatoes and carrots and cut into thin slices. Cut the tomatoes into quarters.
Season both fish and vegetables with salt and chopped parsley.
Take a baking dish large enough to contain the fish, plenty of paper lining the inside of the oven.
Put the fish on the inside along with the vegetables. Pour over a little 'extra virgin olive oil.
Close the parchment paper.
Bake at 200 degrees for about half an hour. Almost done, open the carta.Lasciate in the oven for another 5 minutes.
Let cool a bit 'before serving.
