MUFFINS WITH PUMPKIN RISOTTO WILD BERRY

What a treat to say easy, easy?
To make muffins with berries you need:



00 250 g flour 150 g sugar 50 g butter


1 egg 250 ml milk
a packet of yeast
a pinch of salt
100 g of frozen berries
















Mix the egg with sugar and softened butter.

















When sugar has melted, add milk, a pinch of salt, and then the flour sifted with baking powder. Flour still frozen berries.
















Remove excess flour with the help of a colander.

















Then add the berries into the mixture gently.
















put the muffins in the mold of pirotini paper. If you have mold you can use the molds of aluminum.

















Fill the molds for just over half.
















Put in oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes. And here ready

our muffins with berries.

Meatballs

Good morning! Today I give you the recipe for meatballs eggplant and zucchini that are wonderful . To me, with these doses, I have had many meatballs, which I have also frozen. I used:

2 eggplant 2 zucchini

a shallot
a slice of bread 30 g parmesan


an egg salt, pepper oil for frying


breadcrumbs parsley
chopped basil chopped















wash, check and diced eggplant and zucchini. Finely chop the shallot.

















In a large skillet sauté the shallot with a tablespoon of olive oil, then add the eggplant and salt zucchine.Aggiungete.

















Cover and cook over low heat for about 20 minutes, stirring spesso.Lasciate cool.
















In a bowl, put the mixture of eggplant and zucchini and add the finely chopped bread, egg, Parmesan, parsley and basil a pinch of pepper, and salt.















If the mixture is too soft, you can add bread crumbs.
















With wet hands, form small balls and coat in breadcrumbs.
















fry in hot oil.















Let cool and serve.
